Every event is unique and so are your needs. At KP Events and Design, we understand that, which is why we offer a range of Add Ons. These additional services can be added to our Day of Coordination or Partial Planning services to ensure your event is exactly as you’ve imagined.

Available Add Ons

Our available Add Ons are designed to provide that extra touch of care and attention to your event. They include:

  • Additional coordinator/coordinator assistant (required for weddings with 300 guests or more)
  • Additional hours of coverage beyond the initial 10 hours
  • Done for you Set up/Tear down
  • Travel and lodging fees may apply for out of town events
  • Wedding Stationery: Assistance with design and coordination of save the dates, invitations, place cards, menus, etc.
  • Wedding Favors: Assistance with sourcing, creating, and arranging wedding favors.
  • RSVP Management: Manage guest responses and special dietary requirements.
  • Post-Wedding Services: Assistance with tasks after the wedding such as thank you cards, return rentals, etc.
